Your information is stored on one desktop computer which is password protected and is backed up to the cloud daily.  Your data is encrypted during transfer from our computer and whilst it sits on the cloud servers.

DATA RETENTION

Personal data that we process shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose.  Your contact information will be retained for a period of 6 months and emails shall be deleted after a period of 2 years.
